A booking is accepted and becomes definite from the date
AirportTransfersRio.com has received the Customerís full payment. It is at
this point that a binding contract between AirportTransfersRio.com and the
Customer comes into existence. By submitting deposit and personal
information, Customers agree to our Terms and Conditions. The contract is
between AirportTransfersRio.com and the Customer, being all persons named
on the booking request (via email or form). The person booking the service,
warrants that he/she has full authority on behalf of all the persons whose
names appear thereon, and confirms that all such persons are fully aware
of and accept these conditions.
To secure a booking with AirportTransfersRio.com, the Customer must
deposit 100% of the total amount due. In case of non-payment
AirportTransfersRio.com will treat the booking as cancelled by the
Customer. Payment must be made with credit card or money transfer to
AirportTransfersRio.com paypal account.
3. Changes &
Cancellation by the Customer
Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by the person who
made the booking (via email or form). Any costs or charges, which we incur
or which are incurred or levied by our suppliers as a result of the
amendment, will be charged to the Customer. Although every reasonable
effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, their
availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Customer may cancel the booking at any time provided that the
cancellation is communicated to AirportTransfersRio.com in writing.
Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below calculated from the
day written notification is received by AirportTransfersRio.com. In
addition to the charges shown below airlines may impose 100% cancellation
Cancelations made by the customer within the 60 days after the payment
will be refunded into customerís credit card or PayPal account. If
cancelations are required after this 60 days period the refunds will be
made via Check (US Based account).
Refund policy on total or partial cancellations:
Cancellations 60 days before the service programmed date: 100% refund
Cancellations 59-30 days before the service programmed date: 90% refund
Cancellations 29-21 days before the service programmed date: 70% refund
Cancellations 20-15 days before the service programmed date: 40% refund
Cancellations 14-9 days before the service programmed date: 25% refund
Cancellations 8 days or less before the service programmed date: 0% refund
No show will be considered by cancellation by the customer with 0% refund
4. Changes and
Cancellation by AirportTransfersRio.com
Although AirportTransfersRio.com will make its best efforts to operate all
tours as advertised, by accepting this contract the Customer accepts that
it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or
its contents due to prevailing local conditions. AirportTransfersRio.com
reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities,
services or prices and to substitute alternative arrangements of
comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability
for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes. If a major change is
known to us, the Customer will be told at the time of the booking. If a
major change becomes necessary after booking AirportTransfersRio.com will
inform the Customers as soon as reasonably possible. When a major change
is made the Customer will have the choice of accepting the change of
arrangements, purchasing any other available tour or canceling the tour
and obtaining a full refund. Provided that the major change is not because
of force majeure. Force majeure is war, threat of war, riots, civil strife,
industrial dispute, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disaster,
fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with
transport, changes imposed by cancellation or rescheduling of flights by
an airline, the alteration of airline or aircraft type, or other similar
events beyond the control of AirportTransfersRio.com.
AirportTransfersRio.com is not liable for any charges in the event of a
change -beyond their control- to the departure time or date of a tour,
flight or other form of transport.
Cancelations made by AirportTransfersRio.com within the 60 days after the

the cancelation is made after this 60 days period the refund will be made
via Check (US Based account).
5. Passport, Visa and Vaccinations
It is the responsibility of the Customer to be in possession of a valid
passport, visa permits, inoculations and preventive medicines as may be
required for the duration of the tour. Information about these matters or
related items is given in good faith but without responsibility on the
part of AirportTransfersRio.com.
6. Illness or disability
Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for
any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such
condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision
of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the
tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these
booking conditions and result in such persons being excluded from the tour
in which case all monies paid will be forfeit.
7. Travel Insurance
AirportTransfersRio.com does not include such service. Prices published at
AirportTransfersRio.com do not include Travel Insurance.
If the Customer has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements he/she
must bring it to the attention of the tour leader or other representative
of AirportTransfersRio.com at the time so that they may make their best
efforts to rectify the situation. It is only by making
AirportTransfersRio.com aware of any problems, that there will be the
opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on the spot will
result in the Customerís ability to claim compensation from
AirportTransfersRio.com being extinguished or at least reduced. Should the
problem remain unsolved a complaint must be made in writing to
AirportTransfersRio.com within 30 days after the service is provided.
9. Football Games, Sport events,
Shows and Other Events
AirportTransfersRio.com cannot be held responsible for any type of
cancellations, reschedules, Locations assignment / Relocations in the
stadium, event starting-ending time changes, due to any cause such as
weather conditions, technical problems, security reasons, personal
decisions of the event organizer, local authorities or any other reason
not reliable to AirportTransfersRio.com.
For cases when the cancellation of the event is done when the service is
already being provided, AirportTransfersRio.com services will be
considered as fully provided, therefore not leading to any type of refund,
except for the admission ticket, that the customer will have to keep in
order to reuse it according to the organizer policies. If the customer is
willing to get transfers and tour guide services again for the rescheduled
date, he will have to fully pay again for these services.
For cases when the cancellation/rescheduling of the event is done before
the service is provided, if the customer cannot or does not want to attend
the event at the new date, the refund policies will be according to the
refund policies determined by the event organizer.
AirportTransfersRio.com accepts responsibility for ensuring that the
holiday which the Customer books with them is supplied as described in the
final version of the travel program the Customer will receive upon arrival
and the services reach a reasonable standard. AirportTransfersRio.com acts
only in the capacity of an agent upon the legal conditions that, while
exercising every possible precaution, it is not responsible for injury,
sickness, damage, loss, additional expenses, accidental delay, or other
irregularities which may be caused either through willful or negligent
acts or omissions made by the companies or individuals providing or
engaged in transportation, accommodation or other services related to the
accomplishment of the tour, or through natural disasters, social upheavals
or other causes.

The factual information contained in this Web Site is obtained from
sources believed to be reliable and accurate. AirportTransfersRio.com
makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, as to the reliability,
accuracy, timeliness or completeness of that information and is not
responsible for any errors or omissions therein, whether caused by the

will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages
