How do I meet the driver?
The driver is going to be waiting with a poster showing your name at the arrivals hall, just after going trough customs. Very easy to find.
What will happen if there is a delay on my flight?
We will follow up your flight status online. If there is a delay, the driver will wait. If you miss your plane and you board a new flight with a different number you will have to send us this information,
At what time the driver will pick me up when I'm going to the Airport?
Pick up from your hotel will always be 3 hours before the departure of your flight.
